The Berry Recruitment Group Awards are our chance to recognise the people who have delivered strong results across Berry Recruitment, Wild Berry Associates and First Recruitment Services over the past year. Branches across the country celebrated together, marking individual and team achievements that have made a real difference to our success.
One of Berry’s biggest awards is the Tony Berry Award, created in memory of our late chairman, and is presented to the Top Combined Biller across the group. This year, Mohammed Rauf, Head of Rail at our Kings Cross branch, received the award for the third year running. A fantastic achievement that reflects his continued impact across the business.
Alongside the Tony Berry Award, a wide range of achievements were recognised across the group, including the Manager of the Year awards, Outstanding Achievement Awards, Board Recognition awards, and Apprentices of the Year.
Speaking about the awards, Group Managing Director Chris Chown said;
“The Awards are all about recognising the people that make our business what it is. It’s always a brilliant moment to pause, appreciate each other, and shine a light on our achievements across every office.”
Congratulations to all of our 2025 award winners.
